The J. Scott Morris Investments, LLC home ownership program offers an affordable alternative to traditional mortgage financing, for individuals who may not qualify for a traditional mortgage because of income, credit history, or other such reasons.

We do this by using our own established credit and assets to purchase affordable homes for our clients, and then sell them to our clients via an affordable, convenient time-payment plan, without the need for a large down payment, or a large balloon payment at the end of a lease.
